Today, Apple announced Future Macs will have New Apple designed chips – called “Apple Silicon”
However there will still be some Intel based Macs this year.
When the new Macs ship they will have a New translator called Rostetta 2, that will convert Intel-based Apps into the new format as the App is loaded, so all old Intel-based Apps will run on the new Macs that will start shipping by the end of this year and the full tradition is expected to be completed in 2 x years.
Most if not all Apple Apps will be native at time of shipping – including Final Cut Pro.

Final Cut Pro will be native on the New Macs

The new interface for the new Macs is more like an iPad Apps look and feel. Final Cut Pro X interface looks much the same as the current version

Adobe Suite and Microsoft Word Excel and Powerpoint are expected to be native at time of shipping.
